This Return Policy applies to digital menu planning products offered by Antiagefrwashing through antiagefrwashing.ddd.

Digital Goods

Our products are delivered electronically (PDF templates, digital guides, or access links). Because files can be copied upon delivery, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The file was not delivered or is corrupted and cannot be opened after we attempt a replacement.
• The product description on our website materially differed from what was delivered.
• You were charged in error (duplicate transaction).

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after successful download of a complete, usable file.
• Dissatisfaction with personal menu outcomes, as tools provide planning structure only.
• Failure to meet macro targets due to individual food choices outside the template.

How to Request a Return

Email contactus@antiagefrwashing.world with your order reference, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within five business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
